Here is a list of FREE websites that is fun for children and they learn as they play! I don't like letting Little Man spend too much time on electronics but when he is learning while he playing I don't feel quite so bad!

Dr. Seussville This website is great. Your child can watch videos, read stories, and play games with their favorite Dr. Seuss characters
Starfall If your child is in school, I'm sure you have heard of Starfall. It is a wonderful site that teaches letters, phonics, and they even have free e-books that you can read with your child. Folk Tales, Comics, Fiction and Nonfiction, and even Greek Myths
Sesame Street This website offers hundreds of games to play for free, you can even make a homepage for your child and save favorite games and videos (they have a lot so it can take a minute to find their favorite games) so all it takes is one click to play what they love!
Cookie Cookie offers everything you could possibly want! Games, videos, stories, printables, craft ideas, this site has it all!
