Ok, so I know this was a year ago but I just wanted to share it! For Little mans first birthday we had a cookie monster theme. And I decided to make homemade cupcakes. You just follow the directions on any cake mix for the cupcakes. I found A LOT of blue sprinkles at Kroger (But I recently learned how to make coconut blue with food coloring and you can do it that way as well). For the eyes I put a drop of icing and then placed hershey chocolate chips (one up one down lol). Then I took chocolate chip cookies and broke them in half for his mouth.
Everyone thought the cupcakes were a big hit! And they were delicious!
